Terms and Conditions for Travel (Installment Payment Plan)

You agree to the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Travel Installment Payment Plan (the "Plan") offered by Married to the Ring, LLC. By enrolling in the Plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for the Plan, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card.
• You must also be a resident of the United States.

Payment Terms:

• Under the Plan, you can pay for your travel purchase in equal monthly installments over a period of 6 or 3 months.
• The first installment will be due at the time of booking.
• Subsequent installments will be due on the same day of each month until the full amount of the purchase is paid.

Interest and Fees:

• There is no interest charged on the outstanding balance of your Plan.

Default:

• If you fail to make a payment on time, you will be considered in default under the Plan.
• If you are in default, we may take the following actions:
• Suspend your access to the trip.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Changes in travel plans
  • Personal emergencies
  • Weather conditions
  • Acts of God
• In the event that Married to the Ring® cancels the Travel Package due to circumstances beyond its control, such as but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or supplier disruptions, Married to the Ring® will offer Client the option of rebooking the Travel Package for a future date or receiving a full refund.

Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
