Terms and Conditions for Travel Purchase (Paid in FULL)

You agree to the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Travel Purchase made with Married to the Ring.

Payment Terms:

• The full amount of the Travel Package must be paid in cash at the time of booking.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Changes in travel plans
  • Personal emergencies
  • Weather conditions
  • Acts of God
• In the event that Married to the Ring® cancels the Travel Package due to circumstances beyond its control, such as but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or supplier disruptions, Married to the Ring® will offer Client the option of rebooking the Travel Package for a future date or receiving a full refund.

Travel Documents and Identification:

• You are responsible for obtaining and presenting all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
• Married to the Ring® is not responsible for any delays, expenses, or denied boarding due to incorrect or missing travel documents.

Travel Insurance:

• Married to the Ring® strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
• You are solely responsible for purchasing travel insurance and understanding its terms and conditions.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Delaware/USA.

Entire Agreement:

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Married to the Ring® and you regarding the Travel Package.
• No other representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written, shall be binding on either party.
